The statistically significant differences in theset of social skills and competence are found, according to socio-demographic characteristics:education level of participants, age, work experience and type of occupation. Participants in theage group ranging 31 - 40 years have the highest emotional control. Participants with highereducation are the best in the emotional and social control.
