Analiza odnosa temperamenta djeteta i odgojnih stilova roditelja

Dječji temperament odražava stabilne individualne razlike u kvaliteti i intenzitetu emocionalnih reakcija, razini aktivnosti, pažnji i regulaciji emocija. Roditeljski odgojni stilovi predstavljaju obrazac ponašanja koji uključuje njihove vrijednosti, stavove prema djetetu te emocionalne prilike u skladu s kojima roditelji djeluju. Roditeljski odgojni stilovi razlikuju se s obzirom na dvije dimenzije: toplinu i nadzor. Udruživanjem spomenutih dimenzija, definirana su četiri opća roditeljska stila koja na različite načine utječu na kvalitetu djetetova odrastanja te očekivane razvojne rezultate. Temperament djeteta u interakciji s roditeljskim odgojnim stilom predstavlja temelj dječjemu razvoju u svim područjima. Ovaj rad istražuje odnos temperamenta djeteta i roditeljskih odgojnih stilova. Analizom odgojnog stila te osobitosti dječjeg temperamenta istraživanje pruža uvid u kompleksne interakcije koje oblikuju djetetov razvoj. Istraživanje je provedeno mrežnim upitnikom. Sudjelovala su 104 roditelja. Prvi dio upitnika sadržavao je pitanja o općim sociodemografskim podatcima ispitanika, u drugom je dijelu upitnika bilo ponuđeno 30 tvrdnji kojima se ispitivao roditeljski stil, a treći dio upitnika sadržavao je skraćenu prilagođenu verziju CBQ-SF upitnika kojim se ispitivao temperament djeteta. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da što roditelji više preferiraju permisivni stil, to je niža kontrola. U pozitivnim su korelacijama autoritarni i permisivni te autoritarni i autoritativni odgojni stil. Na temelju korelacijskog nacrta i statističkih metoda utvrđeno je da ne postoje razlike između dječaka i djevojčica ni u jednoj dimenziji temperamenta kao ni u preferenciji odgojnih stilova roditelja.
