This paper investigates the changes in precipitation levels in Croatia that can be observed since the mid 20th century. Based on the data from 22 weather stations, linear trends show very little oscillation for the period 1950–2010. In eastern Croatia, a slight increase was recorded, while a slight drop or stagnation was evident in other parts of the country. However, were such trends to continue, they could have long-term geographic consequences. In the analytical period, it is possible to determine cyclical changes in the annual levels of precipitation.References
