Utjecaj kvalitete i zadovoljstva studenata na namjeru daljnjeg korištenja usluga visokog obrazovanja na primjeru Visoke škole eMPIRICA

U posljednja dva desetljeća kvaliteta je u visokom obrazovanju sve važnija. Razlog tomu treba tražiti u razvitku informatičkog društva i u samoj globalizaciji. Primjenom Bolonjske deklaracije u visokom obrazovanju povećala se mobilnost studenata, a pojavom brojnih privatnih visokoškolskih institucija izraženija je konkurencija na polju visokog obrazovanja. Ovaj rad ima za cilj istražiti i ispitati vezu između kvalitete usluge u visokom obrazovanju, zadovoljstva studenata te namjere studenata o daljnjem korištenju ovih usluga. Istraživanje je provedeno na Visokoj školi eMPIRICA te je anketirano ukupno devedeset pet studenata. Primjenom faktorske analize izvršeno je grupiranje tvrdnji unutar varijable kvalitete usluge u tri faktora, dok su primjenom multiple regresijske analize postavljene hipoteze u ovome radu. Dokazano je da kvaliteta usluga visokog obrazovanja utječe na zadovoljstvo studenata i njihovu namjeru daljnjeg korištenja ovih usluga, a da je zadovoljstvo studenata povezano s namjerom korištenja ovih usluga. Rezultati dobiveni u ovome radu pružaju važan uvid u razumijevanje kvalitete u visokom obrazovanju te njegova utjecaja na zadovoljstvo i namjeru studenata o korištenju ovih usluga.Reference
