The Bosnian Posavina region, inhabiteted mostly by Croats, was and still is the object of archeological and historical research but not to the extent that it has wholly illuminated the history of the Croats in this region. This is particularly true in relation to the Medieval and Ottoman period. The present paper contributes new facts concerning this period of Croatian history in Bosnian Posavina.
