Atlhough Kranjčević has been, by the opinion of many, a poet of a fragment, from the entierty of his work, poems, proses, letters, and reading, a philosopic totality of his standpoints can be realized. There is in his verse and prose a total cosmogony which from the fragments can be reconstructed into a complete mosaic and system whose cardinal points are, as a matter of fact, tire cardinal points, the cardinal notions, of Kranjčević’s poetry as well. That is the subject of the first part of the article.
