An interpretative aproach to the poetry of Silvije Strahimir Kranjčevlć

Abstract

In the paper »An Interpretative approach to the poetry of Silvije Strahimlr Kranjčević«, the author actualizes the development of the poetry and ideas in Kranjčević’s lyrical poetry. The ideo-poetical development is related to the poet’s biography, his education, spiritual aspirations and native poetical tradition. The paper points out how Kranjčević grew into an original, unique and exceptional poetical personality of the Croatian 19th century literature.
