Abstract

In is inadequate lhai only ihe Board for Schools as pan of the Ministry of Education and Sports (and their respective managements/departments) organize the most numerous professional gatherings and research projects of importance to the country. The authors argue for a greater decentralization in realizing diese. The appropriate ministry would be at the disposal of the interested subjects in providing financial and logistical support in Ihe implementation of such projects.
