Abstract

Certain aspects of the strategy of technological development with respect to the progress of the negation of the tendency to reify men and to ignore the working life of man in the labour process, must become the subject of ergonomics, with its interdisciplinary approach to the humanization of labour. In order for ergonomics to fulfill this task, it is necessary to consider the reformulation of the present ergonomic determination of the relation man-labour. With this reformulated approach to the relation man-labour, ergonomics would deal, to a greater extent, with the negation of the reification of man in the labour process and with man’s working life as a significant segment of the total humanization of labour. What the article presents is founded upon these presumptions.
