The point in question is why the logic of judgements preceeds the logic of concepts when Aristotel's logic of concepts follows the stoic logic of judgements. When the concept is understood as a summary of the judgement, lite logic of judgements logically preceeds the logic of concepts. When the concept is understood as a category it is followed by the logic of judgements. — The relationship between semantics and syntactics is reciprocal in as mudi as "semantics" is understood from already established syntactics. Modern grammar is thus showing the logical supposition not only of the speech linguistically supposed but also that of the theory of grammar.References
