We examined 140 attendants (79 schoolgirls, 61 boys) of third year highschool classes. The examination was conducted in schools of which one prepares its pupils for »productive«, the other for »nonproductive« occupations. The Eysenck EPQ questionaire and the ANS-IE scale for locus controle were employed in examining the personality traits. Age, sex and a number of facts pertaining to the family, its interactions and its socio-economic status were collected about the pupils under investigation. A comparison of the achievement of the pupils was made in relation to the school they attended and to their sex. Results show that a difference exists in some examined personality traits if related ito the attended school and the sex of the examined pupil.References
