Relations of Dalmatia and Greece in Neolithic age

Abstract

Several localities with Neolithic finds are known in Dalmatia to date; but the Neolithic in Dalmatia is poorly known. However, an outline and sketch of development of Neolithic cultures in Dalmatia can be drawn due to the work of G. Novak, J. Korošec, and the present author. The Neolithic in Dalmatia can be divided into three stages: Early Neolithic, Middle Neolithic (Danilo group), and Late Neolithic (Hvar group).
