Abstract

This article presents an overview of the critical reception of Hanibal Lucić's drama Robinja from the very beginning in the history of national literature from the 19th century until today. It follows the relevant methodological approaches, problems and scholars, while focusing on the description and analysis of Lucić's drama in contemporary historical literary studies.
