Abstract

The article explores the scientific and theoretical foundations of transforming modern approaches to management in the context of expanding the managerial skills of university personnel through additional education programs, which is relevant in today’s educational environment. The increasing complexity of operating conditions, the transformation of the higher education system, changes in educational processes, and rising demands for the quality and competitiveness of higher education institutions require effective utilization of management tools and the development of contemporary leadership qualities by university leaders.
